1.Where does Emaratshop deliver to?

Answer: Emaratshop delivers across the U.A.E. however some remote areas are restricted. If you want to check whether a remote area is available for delivery, please email us at info@emaratshop.com

2. I cannot upload the theme to my Shopify store / Shopify alerts that the file is too big to upload, what is the problem?

Answer:Please make sure that you follow below steps: 1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (the file is in zip format) 2/ Extract the file you've just downloaded. 3/ Find this file: shopbe-1.0.0-sections-ready.zip in the folder Shopbe Sections Ready 1.0.0, then you just need to upload shopbe-1.0.0-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

3. What types of delivery does Emaratshop have?

Answer: Emaratshop offers courier delivery through our reputed partners: Fetchr, Skylark Couriers and Parzel which offer courier and logistics services, specializing in COD and consignee deliveries.

4.How much does the delivery cost?

Answer: For a total bill of above 299 AED, delivery is completely free. For orders of lower quantity, a flat delivery charge of 10 AED applies to the total order.

5. Is it possible to schedule a specific delivery time?

Answer: Generally, we deliver within 1-3 working days. The courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

6. Is international shipping available?

Answer: Emaratshop does not provide international shipping service as of now.

7.How do I know if my order has been successful?

Answer: Once you’ve filled in the relevant details and checked out, you will receive an Email confirmation from Emaratshop showing the details of the order you’ve just placed along with the payment method you have selected.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Answer: You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied. However, if you want to return a product once the product is shipped, please refer to our return policy mentioned below.

10. How can I pay for my purchase?

Answer: We accept Visa & Mastercard transactions as well as Cash on Delivery through our courier service.

11. Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Answer: Yes, once the order has been completed, you have an option of printing out a receipt for your purchase. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order with full details. After delivery, you will also receive a physical copy of the receipt with your product.

12.What is your Returns Policy?
