xContinuous capping machine LGYF-2000AX-II for induction, hermetic sealing of food packaging using aluminum foil.
The induction capping machine works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, which you know from induction hobs, for example. However, in this form it is more powerful. Above the belt there is an induction unit, in which a strong copper electromagnetic coil is placed, which, when current passes through it, rapidly heats the metal casing of the cap and it is immediately, firmly and watertightly welded to the neck of the bottle.
The capping machine is switched on with a large red button on the right side, after switching on it is necessary to wait 5 seconds before the induction can be switched on using the green button, after switching on the induction the belt movement is automatically switched on, its speed can be regulated with a rotary potentiometer on the control panel. The required height of the induction head (approx. 3mm above the bottle) is set using a large rotary selector above the induction head, now the capping machine is ready for welding, the packages/bottles are inserted from the right side of the capping machine and the belt then transports the packages under the induction head, where the lid is firmly welded and at the same time the entire package is cooled using three powerful fans, the hermetically sealed and cooled package leaves on the belt from the left side of the capping machine.
The bottles and containers for which this induction capper is designed have the stopper itself located in the cap, which consists of 3 basic layers. The top layer is made of protective paper or foam, which after sealing remains at the bottom of the screw cap and serves as mechanical protection and a seal at the same time (sealing after opening the cap). The next layer is wax, which releases the protective paper when heated, and then the metal layer itself, which heats up under the influence of electromagnetic induction and fuses to the bottle, thus sealing it watertight.
The induction continuous sealer is suitable for capping canisters, packaging liquids in bottles (including volatile ones), capping medicine bottles - ideal for pharmacies and drug preparation facilities, for packaging fitness products, loose mixtures, etc.
The induction head is height-adjustable and can close packages with a height of 40-400mm and a neck diameter of 20-130mm. The belt speed can be adjusted between 2-12m/min, it is made of high-quality stainless steel. The capping machine has versatile uses in the food industry, industry and pharmacy.
Unlike manual cappers, this continuous capping machine is designed for large operations where a large number of bottles and containers need to be closed.
