How to calculate the working times for your different device?

Working time = 370 Wh*0.85 / operate power of your device

For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 30W, working time will be 370 Wh*0.85/30w=10.5 hrs (rough calculated)

Actual power consumption varies from different usages, consult ECOFLOW for better purchase decision;

Note:

River 370 AC output max is 300 watt, type-C output max is 60 watt. If the device power is outside this range, River may stop working.
In order to meet your charging expectation time, please fully charge the River before using.
Please note that working time will vary depending on the power of the product, the bigger Watt devices, the less working time.

For Optimal Use:

To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge at least once every 4 months, store in cool, dry.
Use the included adapter or one certified by a third-party.

Answer: For a total bill of above 299 AED, delivery is completely free. For orders of lower quantity, a flat delivery charge of 10 AED applies to the total order.

5. Is it possible to schedule a specific delivery time?

Answer: Generally, we deliver within 1-3 working days. The courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

6. Is international shipping available?

Answer: Emaratshop does not provide international shipping service as of now.

7.How do I know if my order has been successful?
